As an award-winning performing arts school, we're dedicated to nurturing talent in individuals of all abilities.

Private Lessons

Group Classes

Dance 1 - Jazz, ages 8 and up:

Beginning technique class incorporating traditional, Broadway and contemporary styles in a high energy, fun atmosphere. Classes will include warm ups, across the floor technique, center combinations and flexibility exercises set to popular music. Focus will also include basic footwork, musicality and rhythm. This class is STRONGLY recommended for those students interested in participating in musical theatre performances.

**Class Time:** Thursdays, 6-7 PM, enrolls in December/January and July/August each year.

Dance 2 - Jazz/Tap, ages 10 and up:

Jazz/tap technique class incorporating traditional, Broadway and contemporary styles in a high energy, fun atmosphere. Classes will include warm ups, across the floor technique, center combinations and flexibility exercises set to popular music. Tap focus includes basic and intermediate footwork, musicality and rhythm. This class is STRONGLY recommended for those students interested in participating in musical theatre performances.

**Class Time:** Thursdays, 5-6 PM, enrolls in December/January and July/August each year.

Dance 3 - Mainstage Song and Dance, ages 12 and up:

Jazz/tap technique class incorporating traditional, Broadway and contemporary styles in a high energy, fun atmosphere. Classes will include warm ups, across the floor technique, center combinations and flexibility exercises set to popular music. Tap focus includes intermediate footwork, musicality and rhythm. Some class time will be spent on vocal technique. Students are expected to practice both dance and vocals outside of class time.

**Class Time:** Wednesdays, 5-6:30 PM, enrolls in July/August each year.

Teen/Adult Ballet, ages 13 and up:

Ballet technique, barre work and stretching to help improve coordination, balance and strength! **No recital/performance commitment, and please wear clothes that allow you to move comfortably. Ballet shoes welcome, but not required!

**Class Time:** Tuesdays, 7-8 PM, enrolls in December/January and July/August each year.

Musical Theatre with Future Pathways and Friends, ages 16 and up:

Making Light Productions, in collaboration with Future Pathways, started a dance class a couple years ago, designed for adults with unique abilities. Now we are broadening this class to all of musical theatre, to any adult with unique abilities! This class provides a supportive and fun environment for participants to explore their love for music and dance.

**Class Time:** Tuesdays, 6-7 PM, enrolls in December/January and July/August each year.
