Acting, and Art Lessons
Making Light Productions offers one-on-one private music, dance, acting, and visual art lessons for children, teens, and adults in Tallahassee. Students can study voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, acting, dance, visual art, and sewing with experienced instructors.
Lessons are personalized according to each student’s goals, interests, experience, communication style, learning needs, and pace. Beginners are welcome, and instruction is available for neurodivergent, disabled, and neurotypical students.

Because private lessons take place within a comprehensive arts education center, students may also participate in group classes, theatrical productions, recitals, workshops, camps, and other performance or creative opportunities.​

Personalized and Inclusive Instruction
Our instructors work with students pursuing many different goals, including learning a new skill, developing technique, preparing for an audition or performance, building confidence, and enjoying the arts in a supportive setting. Lessons are adapted to the individual student rather than expecting every student to learn in the same way.
