Cecilia Malley: Voice, Piano, and Vocal Performance

Cecilia Malley is a soprano, music instructor, and graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance in 2025. At Making Light Productions, she works with students in voice, piano, music, and performance.
At Florida State, Cecilia appeared as the Sandman in Hansel und Gretel and performed with Florida State Opera in The Cunning Little Vixen. Her musical theatre credits include Emma Carew in Jekyll & Hyde, Franca Naccarelli in The Light in the Piazza, and Amalia Balash in She Loves Me.
Cecilia has performed across Florida and internationally as a Young Artist with Si Parla, Si Canta in Arona, Italy. In 2026, she also spent six weeks in Graz, Austria, at the American Institute for Musical Studies, where she studied and performed throughout the festival and appeared with the AIMS Festival Orchestra in a performance of “Art Is Calling for Me” from The Enchantress under conductor Alfred Eschwé.
Her honors include first place in the Florida Federation of Music Clubs Competition, second place in a National Association of Teachers of Singing Musical Theatre Competition, and finalist recognition in classical voice competitions.
Her instruction is grounded in classical technique, musicianship, expressive performance, and individualized skill development.
