Lily Zuehlke, voice, acting

Updated: Aug 22, 2024

Lily Zuehlke, a talented graduate of Lawton Chiles High School and current student at Florida State University, brings her exceptional theatrical background to Making Light as an instructor. During her time at Chiles, Lily excelled as an Honors Thespian, earning superiors for her solo and duet musical performances at various District Festivals.

Her passion for the dramatic arts led her to hold a position as an Officer for the Chiles High School Drama Department and Vice President of Chiles Chorus. Lily has showcased her versatility on stage in notable productions such as Big Fish (Cheerleader), Aida (Ensemble), Women of Troy (Woman 1), Shrek (the Witch), Anastasia (Anya), and A Christmas Carol (Constance Fezziwig and various other roles over the years).

Lily's journey with Making Light began as a student, and we are thrilled to now have her as an instructor. Her firsthand experience as a student fuels her enthusiasm and understanding of the learning process, making her an invaluable mentor to aspiring performers. Lily's expertise and genuine dedication to the craft of theatre create a nurturing environment for students to explore their talents and reach their full potential.
