Vanessa Wray (she/her) is a director, intimacy coordinator, stage manager, and choreographer with over 25 years of experience bringing theatrical productions to life. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, her primary interest is exploring the collaborative nature of theatre arts. She teaches a wide range of dance and theatre disciplines and is passionate about fostering creative expression and cultivating inclusive, collaborative, and exciting spaces for performers of all ages.
Most recently, you may have seen her work as Director/Choreographer for Damn Yankees and Big Fish at Quincy Music Theatre (QMT), as Choreographer/Intimacy Coordinator for Legally Blonde at Tallahassee State College, Choreographer/Costumer for Clue at QMT, and as Stage Manager for a variety of productions at Making Light Productions, including The Stinky Cheese Man, Zombie Prom, and Firebringer.
Outside of the arts, she enjoys exploring new places with her husband Greg and son Atlas, working in her garden, and hanging out with her two cats and many, many chickens.
